What Fees are involved in assuming a Lease?

A Lease Assumption Fee of $595 is charged by GMAC for processing the paperwork.

The Secretary of State will charge a fee for transferring the title.

If new plates are to be purchased, the Secretary of State will determine the cost of the plates.

If plates are to be transferred, there will be a transfer fee charged by the Secretary of State.
